How to i cancel my order
To cancel your order for any reason,please contact us.
If the order has not yet been packed for delivery, the funds are frozen in your account, allowing a speedy "refund".
We will email you confirmation of the cancellation.
How do i change my order
Once you have placed an order and can see it in your account, please Contact Us to amend it.
Orders may be amended up to the point where they are ready for packing and dispatch.
My order arrived but something is missing
If something is missing when you unpack your order:
- Check the delivery documents: If an item was not in stock and therefore left off the order, this will be noted on the documents attached to your parcel. Your card will not have been charged for these items.
- Recheck your order: Untangle all bundles of plants, and inspect the inner packaging for stray plants, or packets taped to the packaging.

How long the delivery will take
Order Processing Time
Our dedicated team processes all orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Period
We offer Standard Delivery across the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment (not from the date of order). Please note, delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Courier delays
- Customs clearance (for cross-border orders)
- Unforeseen external circumstances
